Ireland has a higher cepalhic index than the UK, extreme alpines that one finds in France are generally absent though Coon did mention that many of the shorter headed Brunns are essentially alpines in all but name being reduced UP surivors.

I don't think so... Italians are much more brunet than Romanians and French people look way too Keltic. If you're talking about Southern Europeans, there is significant overlap with Albanians then Greeks

Types that look nearly unpassable here among the Irish: Germanic (Anglo-Saxon) types like two guys in picture you posted and red-haired individuals. All other faces pass fine, but as a group they are too light (as I said previously). As ukrainians, they pass even better
