idk about how rare it is in Russia, but im Ukrainian from Russia and i have a i1-p109 haplogroup

Where exactly from Russia are you from? Southern Urals?

i was born in Kazakhstan there is a lot of ukrainians in northern part of Kazakhstan(even some germans is there) someone was deported by soviets someone moved there.
