I genuinely don't know , I couldnt tell thanks to urbanisation and ethnic groups such as hazaras who do not look white at all. It skews ones perception .

I think he passes but the second one looks very white. I would estimate that some Pamiri Tajik and also some northern Pakistani groups might be as much as 25-30% white but it is hard to tell with Afghans as it is harder to get data on them.

Pamiri tajiks usually have this square headed village Romanian/ Moldavian look about them if not caucasus . Afghans ( non hazara / uzbek / Turkic etc ) ones look more doli, similar to atlanto meds, pontids etc
