but both look exotic especially second one

Both of them are Turkish, the one above is from Sinop, and the one below is probably from the Black Sea region. I had mistakenly thought that the person below was Arab.

They are both atypical. I've been in Turkey multiple times and they don't look Turkish at all... Maybe Afghan refugees?
