Afghan and Pakistani DNA

Afghanistanis and Pakistanis have a small amount of Western European ancestry in their MyHeritage results, but when we look at their DNA results from platforms like k12b, global g25, Eurogenes 36, there isn't much similarity to Europeans. So where does this similarity come from? I haven't come across anything similar in any Turkic or Greek populations.
note: A similar result is obtained for the Kurds as well. but European rates are very low. This does not happen even among peoples with a higher European heritage than the Kurds.

How far apart would the average Pakistani and the average Afghan plot?

If the Pakistani average takes into account Punjabis, Pashtuns, Sindhis, Saraikis and so on. And the Afghan average includes Pashtuns, Tajiks, Hazaras, Uzbeks et cetera.

Laghman would be similar to Kapisa as well imo, they would score similar levels of IVC to their surrounding regions rather those from KPK.
