Nose is short and flattish and his face doesn't have the narrowness associated with atlanto influence, i would say Med influence is minimal.

In France, i have never seen a Maghrebian/Mediterranean with this phenotype.
He looks very Western European.

Definitely nothing Mediterranean (which is not European) in this face.

Many French looks like this.
