View Full Version : Do these Inuit People (natives of Alaska, Greenland, Canada) pass as Mongolian or Siberian?

To me these people have a very obvious asiatic look and a thick build, so I was thinking they could probably pass in the far East of Russia or Mongolia what do you think? Any Asian peoples input on this would be especially helpful. Their phenotype lends credence to the theory that Native Americans originated from Siberia but they are the only Native American group to look this "Asian" whereas other Native groups look distinct.

Yes, but the people in the last picture look very Inuit, but could still pass as far east siberian of course. In general a good amount of Inuit pass perfectly in East Siberia and Mongolia.

The Inuit have very robust faces and builds, in some ways they actually do resemble the Brunns of the North but with obvious Mongoloid tendancies.
