Because these are just cooler looking G25 calculators, pretty random and maybe Germanic + Balkan creates a slightly better fit than just Continental Celtic. And as you see in his signature he does score a significant amount of it in that calculation with even a better fit than in those calculations on IllustrativeDNA.

His G25 coords place him casually where a Czech can be expected, so no reason to expect any special conditions.

I don't know as for Czechia but the German Empire per 1914 had 5% E-V13.
