It seems to me that Tver is not really Tver here. Tver is a large region. I have northern Yaroslavl Russians and possibly the Vyatka region (I’m not sure, maybe it’s Vyazma), my maternal grandfather was shell-shocked in every sense and did not say anything about his origin except that he was a purebred Russian ... that’s why I looking north. But I met very central people from southern and western Tver, far south of me. Apparently, this is a collection from the south, from the western and northeastern outskirts of the Tver region.

Genetically, Erzya is further from the Eastern Slavs than moksha. But the Erzya are practically indistinguishable from the Russians by phenotype (with the exception of some Mongoloid phenotypes). What is common with Estonians, Erzyas and Mokshas is the Baltic component. It is likely from the time when Finnic and Baltic people lived as neighbors in the present day Moscow area. Of course Estonians have additional Baltic admixture from Latvia.

I'll be back in the question of "what differs between Estonians/Mokshas and Finns". It is not merely Siberian admixture.

It is well known that Croats are not homogeneous people, and have different people - kajkavian and štokavian who have different ethnogenesis.
Kajkavians are closers to Czechs and Slovaks, while štokavians to Bosnian Muslims and Serbs.

60 million people here represented with Spanish&Portugueses. Do you think Russians are more homogeneous than this? Even considering I did not add any of the Russian citizens that are labeled as Tatars, Siberians,Ashkenazies, or with their own people name out of Russian labeled references, that could represent about 20% (or more than this) of the total population of Russia.(and lacking many Russian "regions" references).

I'd say there's something weird going on with your PCA.

We should just watch some lately "popular" characters from Russia as Putin, Lavrov, Prygozhin, Shoigu, Surovkin, etc to see that "homogeneous" could be not the best adjective to describe them.
