Neither Greek nor Bactrian, he's probably a random Celt from Central Europe that ended up in this part of Asia and mixed with a Persian.
Ancient folks never cease to amaze me... What do y'all think?

These are low coverage genomes.

These migrations are associated with the expansion of Alexander's dominion from the shores of the Aegean to the banks of the Indus River. Obviously, this dude is an extreme outlier because this profile is absent in Greece or Anatolia, but L8619's ancestors somehow ended up in the Aegean, moved with the armies of Alexander (or migrated later), settled in Bactria, mixed with the natives, thrived, and died without leaving any genetic impact.

What does that mean?

It means you've already decided on the profile and you're trying to build a story for a sample with pitiful amount of SNPs.

Why don't you come up with something more plausible? Or do you think Greeks in antiquity had this profile?

Not interested, these samples can offer nothing of value to discuss. You want me to speculate on a sample with 13% 1240K coverage? Are you having a laugh?

Even your Y-calls are highly dubious.

ALRIGHTY! Come with better coverage genomes and we'll discuss.
Those arent my Y-calls! They're from Anthrogenica.
