Somewhat alpinised Nordo-Brunn, or also one might use Subnordid+Brunn. He could easily pass as Irish, British.

You need a new pair of glasses. His eyes are GREEN-BLUE.

Technically, there is no such thing as black eyes. The darkest color is saturated brown, which can manytimes appear black. Anyway, native Euros very rarely have "black" eyes. Found mainly among East Meds.

The guy would have no problem blending in any number of Atlantic Facade countries, including Ireland. Ever been to Ireland? The majority of Irish are dark haired (dark-to-medium brown), although a good 60 + percent have light eyes.

What are you trying to prove? I've never ever said there arn't people with light features in Iberia. They are just in a small minority.
