For the Ghegs (an area of Northern Albania/Montenegro/Kosovo/SE Serbia part of Macedonia), so
far 1027 samples.

From my own observations so far:

Majority of the lineages seem to be ancient Balkan (E-V13, R1b-M269, J-L283) , there are also some other other Y-DNA
which were present in the Ancient Balkans / Neolithic / Bronze Age / Iron Age such as some of the I2a2 and G and possibly some of the J.

Lineages which could possibly be related to Roman Imperial are mostly found in the south and some of the coastal areas. Some of these could as well be Greek or Jewish. Some rare lineages have also been found in other areas but these are also more rare
and their origin is up for debate.

Another observation: The Balkans received some small Germanic influence during the Roman period as some lineages come from that time such as I1 and some other.
