Hello, I want to do a photo-message with caucasoid skulls.


ALPINOID SKULL

High, rounded orbits, narrow nose, strong jaw and long chin. Plain occiput.



ARMENID SKULL

Big,squared orbits, "potato" nasal bone, semi-plain occiput with an "anatolian bone". Curved nasal bone.



DALO-FALID SKULL

Medium size squared orbits, small nasal bone, squared jaw, wide frontal. Great cheekbones.


DINARID SKULL

Plain occiput, long and projected nasal bone, in "eagle", projected jaw with triangle form, projected chin, rounded orbits.



GRACILE-MED and MED SKULL (not so different)

Very curved occiput, very big and rounded orbits, wide and short nasal bone, a little bit projected, medium chin and very projected (triangle) jaw. Plain temporal bone.


NORDID SKULL

Very rounded occiput, very narrow and long face, turned orbits, very wide and big orbits, prominent chin, short projected nose (leptorrhine), with a very projected chaw in triangle.


PHALIAN SKULL

Very curved occiput, small nose, squared jaw, heavy browridge, great cheekbones, squared orbits.



BORREBY SKULL

Rounded face, squared wide orbits, not so big nose (smaller), usually plain occiput, squared jaw, heavy browridge.



BRÜNN AND OLD BRÜNN SKULL

Not so wide face, curved occiput, medium orbits, heavy browridges, the chin is not as prominent as other CM, and semi-squared jaw.

Short wide face, curved occiput, squared - rectangular orbits, prominent chin, squared jaw, heaviest browridges in UP. Ancient, arcaic, and first UP.





SKANDONORDID SKULL

Narrower nasal bone, projected chin, angular jaw (triangle) , very curved occiput, narrow face, turned orbits, rounded and wide orbits, less wider cheekbones.

COMBE - CAPELLOID (ATLANTO-MEDITERRANEAN)

Comparing a UP with a Combe Capelloid (second one) , look at the not so prominent chin, angular or triangle form jaw, rounded orbits, and curved occiput. Look at the differences between a Gracilmed (first message) and an Atlanto...

Not so wide face, curved occiput, medium orbits, heavy browridges, the chin is not as prominent as other CM, and semi-squared jaw.


That's because Brunn isn't "UP" that is Cromagnid skull at all. But an ancient Aurignacid with more archaic features than contemporary Cromagnids, especially the bottom skull in some ways approaches Sudanids in features. Forehead is quite archaic. Later Aurignacoids got better off than Cromagnids on avg., though those most advanced incorporated some Cromagnid elements along the way.
