By Northern French, I mean inhabitants of "Haut-de-France" next to Belgium
Are there similar to Belgians or to Germans?

Not in my father's case but it depends on the Germans
Phenotypically, it is quite variable but West Germans who have neither strange Baltic/eurasians features (like Putin) nor overly “Swedish” features could pass for Northern French.
Genetically some parts of western Germany have a more "tene Gaulish related" imput and this is also the case for some Dutch (I have a sample that is 65-70% Gaulish and close to the French from North, Center, and North East to East)
