Russian actor. Pred. Eastnordid, with Dinaromorphic traits, so kinda Keltic like but still Eastern/Russian looking.

but still Eastern/Russian looking.
to south-west from the central Russia. A Russian wouldnt have been my first suggestion.

He's from St.Petersburg but due to migrations that may not mean much. Unfortunately I don't have pictures from his younger days. But especially on photos with green uniforms he does look like some Russian East-Nordids I saw. Sharper features are common in those types. He doesn't have Baltid IMO and vast majority of Russians shows at least slight Baltoid influences.

This look is not rare among Finns, he could easily be Finnish. I've known two Finnish older men who could be his brothers - the other one looks pretty much exactly like him. He has this Finnish construction worker who enjoys a bit too much alcohol from time to time -type of look :D

Absolutely no doubts that he is Russian etc. I just talked that the most likely (if I know nothing about his real origin) location could be more close to Balkans than to Russia.

You have mentioned in your classification as one of the components - Dinaric. That is what I'm talking about. And yes, he could be enough good as a Don Cossack e.g. but not as a ushkuinik from Novgorod (if I had to select a person for a movie :) )

And I see everyday on the street pseudo-Dutches etc

Pred. East Nordid with Cromagnoid influence (apparently in his fleshy nose and probably jaw/chin region aswell).
