I always thought this guy looks quite exotic, but can't find anything online about his origins. He might be part Amerindian?

He is the lead singer of an American rock band called RATT(very popular in US mainly in 80s) and is born in California. He is in his 60s now. Third picture is when he was in his 50s still, while the others are from the 80s when he was in his 20s and early 30s.

I think if this guy had a Spanish name, everyone would say he is a mestizo. People see an English name and forget there are also English speaking half breeds with names like that.

The bass player Juan Croucier is Cuban and looks white and has some distant French ancestry. Pearcy looks Mexican mestizo to me.
