Who are the Europeans with naturally darker, olive skin?

All of them have some percent of people with naturally darker olive skin

From what I have seen here in greater numbers in group or multi-dimensional photos and with a darker tone to the light olive tone would be the Italians.

All in equal measure, but more so those in the Med islands like sicily, crete and rhodes.
