Do you mean cool-toned fair skin? Reddish skin could mean reddish brown too.

As far as I know Germans have white skin. I didn't look into if it's a bit reddish. I would say my dad and cousin sometimes got red skin. Croatians. Germans have regular white skin. White people can be red situationally, from blood flush, but are not generally red.

They have pink skin, like that of pigs

They can quickly get lobster-like red if exposed to sun, so yes in a way.

The vast majority have pinkish-white skins corresponding to #3 in von Luschan scale. Some can tan to as dark as light brown, some can't tan and get brick red under sun exposure.

Isn't pink skin the lightest possible skin tone?

But I saw a video of frankfurt and the few white people I saw in the crowd had pink skin. Does anyone have skin like this in winter?

I recently saw a German man in a Brazilian city not far from the Equator. He looked red as a shrimp. So, yeah, when they get sunburned, which they readily (and sometimes eagerly) do in the tropics. His wife and daughter took better care, fortunately.
