Which European ethnicity ages the best?

I'm sure it's been discussed before. I can count my Lithuanian grandmother- who even in her 90s, had very few lines and wrinkles. She still had long locks of hair, very luster and thick. She is Baltid-Alpine type.
I wonder if Balts age best, followed by Med types.
