Her name is María del Mar Vázquez Agüero.
She is from Almería, Spain.
I don't find her very Spanish looking, she look rather atypical to me.

Regarding Ben Gvir's stance on this specific matter, I completely agree. Security must be above all other considerations.
Israeli conscripts come from different backgrounds and some of them are more prone this kind of relations.
So the inmate I assume you are referring to can be just the right guy in the right place, with completely average "pulling" force.
