You know, this is actually a hard question to answer. At first I just thought they were all Europeans, just the lighting was making their appearance look more "dark". However as others have called them Latinos I would assume they could be descended from European migrants as well, thus making them stand out less in Europe. If this is indeed the case then remember that several Latin American countries have had a significant migration from Europe in the late XIX and XXth century.

How many Ukrainians did you personally meet? Since 2014 there has been such a huge influx of Ukrainians to Poland that I had a chance to look at many of them in person. And I can assure you that:

1) Many Ukrainians have a somewhat darker complexion
2) She looks very similar to one Ukrainian woman I knew

My cousin 3/4 is Ukrainian, she has a dark phenotype, but her skin is very light and her facial features are Romanian, but not Gypsy. I have been visiting Ukraine every summer for 5 years. Yes, they are dark Ukrainians, but not Gypsies. This girl looks like a Ukrainian woman with a Uvgan admixture.

Latin America would never have been my first thought, so I'm surprised anyone would have thought it was a group of Latin Americans. I'd say Romania, Bulgaria, Ukraine, Moldova, Russia, countries around the Black Sea.
