Maybe her mom is Latina from Haiti but why does she know Haitian Creole?I don't know in Haiti almost all people are black

She looks Levantine. I would be surprised her mother is "full Haitian" as in full black and she came out looking like this, but anything is possible i guess. She clearly doesn't look mulatto, or even quadroon.

They are Haitian but of mixed black and European ancestry which is quite obvious looking at her. She even has some English ancestry. I'd say the woman in the OP also has some mixed Haitian heritage and not full African.

Yes it is obvious on sight. You can tell the woman's mother is not of mostly Black Haitian ancestry but some mixture.

When a mixed person is asked about his/her ancestry they don't refer to it by nationality, they know nobody cares and what matters is the race of their parents, which is what people really intend to question even those who pretend to be race blind.

Her mom is likely at least part black from Haiti since she speaks Creole, just not fully. As opposed to what she says about her dad "French from Madagascar" which really means white from Madagascar, not "my dad is from Madagascar."
