I'm acquainted with Sicilians who exhibit the following traits: a long face, dark brown hair that is fine and straight, and fair skin.

Is this a prevalent phenotype among Sicilians? What phenotype can it be?

They are heavily ENF derived: Med is relatively dominant, but there is strong Alpine influence too, as well as non-European (Middle Eastern / North African) elements that are evident in 10-20% of the population and Italic (fine faced "sub-Nordid" mostly) around 5%.
Compared to Iberians they are much less homogeneous...
