I think a lot are too Slavic influenced, Bulgarians seem more foreign to me than Greeks imo.

I would agree with this, Bulgarians typically look heavily asiatic influenced, good example is the pro wrestler Rusev(aka Miro), who could pass for Mestizo. Makes sense given their ethnogenesis.

Yeah, Greeks give me a Spanish vibe but more alpines, Bulgarians seem very foreign and Eastern.

I have also met Greeks who I thought were either Jewish or middle eastern until I learned their name. They can have a more middle eastern look sometimes, but Bulgarians will just have a more Slavic or mongol look.

Yeah, I have sometimes been mistaken for Greek but rarely for Slav, Greeks are more western in their composition.
