Agrippa lists him as Dinarid. He looks planoccipital too. Else, well he might have other inspirations but that's going into territory of inter-type differentiation (Skandonordid-Eastnordid for ex.), so Dinarid is predominant, on some pictures he has something of "Old Slav" look in facial features.

Haha, I knew there was going to be a comment such as this from an Albanian. He doesn't look Albanian. He looks nothing like various Albanians I've seen and met. Among Albanians Dinarid of Haradinaj's type is more of a norm.

Also he doesn't look Montenegrin either. Dalmatia and Herzegovina only. Dalmatia first.

Well not proper ofc, but there are similarities like on picture above especially when one adds him a beard.:D So some Eastnordid/Nordpontid "undertones" probably.

The point when I say "passes as x, y" it means a look rather more strongly associated with an area, not just "can pass", more than that. And often people have a fanboyish tendency that when they see someone with good traits they immediately try to "adopt him/her", which makes sense but it is emotionally driven. I've noticed that very often among various people.
I'm not from Dalmatia so as Ivanišević is guy with good traits I guess I'd want to adopt him as typically being from Serbia, Bosnia, Montenegro etc. But that's simply not fair.
So yes he can pass in various places but most typically I'd definitely say, area from where he is.
