Interestingly, a Turkish youtuber from Izmir scored %100 European (%87 Greece & Balkans).

Interestingly, a Turkish youtuber from Izmir scored %100 European (%87 Greece & Balkans).

It's a long video in a foreign language (Turkish?) and it dosn't have English captions but I saw the DNA test on the screen. It is the Family Tree DNA Family Finder test "myOrigins".

I tested with them too and they gave me 100% Europe with <2% Greece & Balkans.

Unfortunately, there are no English captions, but DNA graphs are in the English language.

I have 20% North Caucasus on FTDNA, do you think that I have a North Caucasian ancestor ? It attributes the Slavic part for Magyar, such tests are never accurate. 23andMe and AncestryDNA to some degree are good though.

Magyar is actual Hungarian. I got 6% Magyar on FT DNA.

For me its quite similar to My Heritage results-wise. Living DNA is where I get significantly different results.

Obviously for some reason its Magyar and not Slovak etc. Some Serbs got Turkic ancestry from various sources, you have it.

On FT DNA I have one Turkish man who shares DNA fragment with me, but he is 99% Balkan and 1% Malta.

Only guys who share Magyar ancestry are two American Hungarian (mixed ancestry) and one Croat.

EDIT: and 1 Russian man from northern Russia

It seems genuine Magyar, or Tatar maybe.
