On the other hand, I would argue that the lighter Basque players would fit better as Welsh than the majority of the Danes would. (This being said, the Danes certainly look less extreme than the Finns I posted in the other thread - not so many platinum-blond Baltid and Lappid types by any means).

The Welsh are the most western group in Britain though, if you are counting everyone together.

I reckon 10-11 of the Basque team pass in the Welsh team, and 8-9 of the Danes.

There is no comparison here, obviously... However, most Danes look distinctly Germanic, but even so the mix they are made of: CM, Corded, ENF is pretty much the same. The major difference is that CM element in Denmark is very blond whereas in Wales it's mostly dark haired
