Correct. However, you forgot to mention that the Kazakh and Kyrgyz have a substantial amount of Mongolian heritage as well.

Depends whom exactly do you call West Asians and Central Asians (East Asians are more obvious). Since West Asia is sometimes used to mean "Middle East" this confuses the whole situation and makes unswering it harder. Do we classify Turks as West Asians?

Generally speaking going from Europe through Asia - without specifying where the boundary lies - there are people who are clearly more "Asian" (Yellow race) like Kalmyks, Kirghiz, Uyghur, Hazaras, and those who are clearly more White, like Tajiks, Iranians or Turks. Turkmens or Uzbeks are more in between, like Mansi.
This is as far as genetics go, but phenotype may be more confusing.

For example Nogais are mostly phenotypically Asian/Yellow, but are predominantly White genetically.

I would say north central Asians like Uzbeks and Kyrgyz look more Mongoloid, in Tajikistan it is more complicated as the country has diverse peoples but the average Tajik has more alpine and med influence and the ones from the most mountainous regions are basically 90% alpine-med blends.

I have no idea but I do know that central Asians like Kazakhs do have occurrence of light eyes / brown hair combinations. The original population of Central Asian steppes were displaced and moved south towards the Iranian plateau , so looking at ancient remains like the Sintashata/ Andronovo cultures are really what we have so far .

I agree partly, for instance pure mongoloid ( or atleast what we perceive as pure, even the most mongoloid central Asian is still half western Eurasian) Kazakhs and Kyrgyz do indeed look more east Asian, no doubt , but tajiks of the pamirid type like the folks below are no where near East Asians compares to Azeris/ Turks / southern Caucasus / Caspian Iranians etc

I wanted to disagree with you, but I of take it back after looking at pics of uzbeks again. If the guy is uzbek, then I take it back 100%. But if he identify as uzbek, he's probably the type who's more mixed with tajiks, but doesnt claim it.

Seen something similiar from other afghan uzbeks. This guy just looks extremely like a tajik to me, so I feel like he's perhaps more mixed than other uzbeks.

Yes dadash, all afghans, I have plenty more and there were many i didn't screenshot as it was just filling up my album. It's a Afghan TV gameshow, keep in mind like ~40% of the contestants are hazaras/ Turkics etc and I still managed to find so many of these types. Very easily .
