He probably passes in Afghanistan, Iran, maybe Turkmenistan among more caucasoid influenced people, probably Tajikistan.

It seems completely Spanish, it doesn't look like anything from Central Asia, from Turkey at most, but Central Asia Where?

In more Caucasoid parts of central Asia, it's funny that he looks Turkish though, interestingly the scenery of northern Spain and northern Turkey is very similar.

Doesn't look central asian! Looks turkish/kurdish/georgian. He's actually pretty handsome, would love to see him with a beard.

That dish looks like a kebab or from any other place outside Spain.

I don't think that guy is from Navarre or anywhere else in Spain. The vase wouldn't be to the Spanish taste for a restaurant either, I don't know if it's a cotton branch or almond tree in bloom, it's an oriental decoration. Probably this man is from the East and is in some nearby country or on the outskirts of vast Russia.
