I've been considering that possibility, but he's higher cheekbones and his features seem thinner or more elegant and defined.

Indo-Nordid is Himalayas and the Hindu Kush type. I see no Indid in the man. What about Corded Nordid?

He fits in the metrics, as he resemble Coon example. Although we dont have side profile, i understand its not possible to find his side pic. So its probable but not exact. Karachay are Kipchak Turks like example Chuvash, they have more of Corded-ware derived ancestry than Turkmens.
