The most surprising is the US but it is just those few states. Also why do countries allow first cousin marriage? It should be banned. Hard to fathom why this is allowed.

The most inbred contacted groups based on long ROH are by far are some geographically isolated Amerindian tribes like the Karitiana and Surui. MENAs and South/Central Asian groups are also well represented among the more inbred.
