I think he could be West African E1b1a1 subclade E1b-E-M2.

He is about 1/4 West African on his father’s side Emory Tate.

He also obviously has a lot of European ancestry, which can sometimes result in a pseudo-East African appearance

That can be the case too. East Africans, like Ethiopians and Somalis, are mixed with Caucasoids.

Andrew Tate must be a E1b, not sure if he could have other Y-DNA instead of E.
