Its there but she is more of an Alpinoid/Tydal although there is a weaker Aurignacoid component.

Why consider her "woggish"?

The term is terribly misused and can be considered insulting to certain people who in reality don't fit the profile. My conception is that the term was originally used in reference to people from West Asia and the Eastern Mediterranean parts of Europe.

Not really, he looks somewhat suspiciously foreign and there some rumour going around that he is half Moroccan. Well it's possible he is a very exotic looking Norwegian... but not like her who just look like a dark Norwegian.

Indeed, the first thing that came to my mind was actually Albanian. I know plenty of Albo girls here in sweden with similar look, quite common look for Kosovo actually.

In case you did not noticed from Pallantides pictures of norwegians,norwegians are not most lightest people from Europe when it come to skin tone and hair color.
There are plenty of woggish norwegians,being woggish is not atypical for norwegians.
That map with light hair being so high in Norway is plain wrong,most typical nuance of hair in Norway is brown,no ideea if light brown is more common or dark brown,but as people are getting old dark brown seems more common.
