Classify old generation of Frenchman

Born in 1933.

He is from Haute-Garonne and Tarn in the South West (non basque area) of France, although these facial features were common among many French people from Picardy and other area, it's a pan-french old face, for example he shares some features with my paternal cousin from the North of France (coming from a small Picardy village)

I don't think the face is flat enough to just be alpinoid, berids are similar to alpines anyway just with more forward projecting features and facial ruggedness.
