Srb is place name in Croatia. There is Serb minority in Croatia, but he isn't one of them. Tin is ethnic Croat.

He is not ethnic Serb, but according to his surnames he probably have further Serbian origin by paternal line. Like Croatians with surname Čeh probably have Czech origin. Srb and surrounding area were for centuries populated by Serbs, and still Serbs are majority there. On the census in 1961. Srb had 4271 inhabitants and 4107 of them were Serbs.

It's not certain place name Srb comes from Serb ethnic name. Srb was named Srb before ethnic Serbs arrived there. Tin was asked about his surname and he said none in his family is Serb.

He is alpinid and could probably pass as French.
