They do look more Eastern to me, I would have guessed Romanian, Serbian, Bosnian, Moldovan, or Montenegro this given the relative lack of knowledge I have of guessing ethnicities.

Well asides from the faces themselves, I get a really "Greek" (or at least Balkan orthodox) vibe from the way the photo is arranged, it is very familiar to me. Looks like a big family gathering in Easter time, parents and children visiting the grandparents in the village :D
