What is the reason that Lebanese Druze, Lebanese Muslim and Lebanese Christian autosomal averages have significant differences?

Druze is purely endogamous, they do not allow conversions. Christians are for the most part endogamous, but you are allowed to convert in even if it is uncommon, so they have a similar effect to the Druze— different sects are slightly different than each other though for historical regions, Maronites had the highest degree of isolation. Muslims have a much higher range of options and thus have more admixture throughout the Arab world and sometimes some Southern European admixture, but they still have the same “base” and historical origin, they just have more influences acting on it than the others.
