What does "Northeast_African" refer to in the Eurogenes?

I see that this component is present in about 50% of the Nile peoples (Ethiopians, Eritreans) and in moderate quantities in North Africans.

What does someone who is predominantly Northeast_African look like? A sub-Saharan?

That's expected, they have some caucasoid features because they are part that but from a long time ago, when eurasians were not as separated yet. Likely selection still prevailed for darker skins due to geography, not intermediates (they don't look like mulattos either)

Because Northeast African is part Eurasian, something like half so 80/2 = 40 + the 16% SSA they score, circa 55% which is what they score on average with a legitimate SSA only component (but even SSA are a little bit part eurasian). Even at K3 that tends to overestimate SSA.
