No, they would never pass as panchitos in Spain. They could be mixed, but they are phenotipically more similar to spaniards by far than 90% of latinamericans we find in Spain nowadays. If most latinamericans in Spain had similar phenotype to these Miami cubans, spaniards would never call them panchitos. Word Panchito is created because most latinamerican inmigrants were heavily amerindians, and they were phenotipically very diferent from spaniards. These miami cubans, or latinamerican castizos would never be clasified as panchitos.
