Her hair is clearly dyed blond. Her nasal base is wide and she barely has a nasal bridge. And of course her eyes are Mongoloid. I don't think Scandinavians have a nasal base this wide after so many centuries of mixing with Vikings. The Mongoloid eyes are dominant so they will always dominate over the Viking eyes, but not the nose (after a few generations)

Plenty of people from these Uralic tribes look more typically European than many Europeans do, it doesn't really say a whole lot. You have people like Annika Hirvonen who look more Asiatic than at least half of the people from these tribes do.

You will find many people in Poland who look identical to many Ostyaks. Just look up some Eastern European crowds and you will find people who look more Asiatic than the Kvens you posted. For reference, all these people are Eastern European (NONE of them is Russian or Tatar):
