I don't know of any study that mention how much did Germanic people impact on the autosomal DNA to Iberians probably is somewhat varied on individual levels

For Y-DNA

There is the haplogroup I1:

And i guess (this is only my opinion) that some people from both Spain and Portugal with the haplogroup R-P312 could be descendants of some of the germanic invaders.

This basically corresponds with what been discussed before Catalonia /aragon /Valencia / Belaric Islands being more North European Influence. And with norther Portugal heavily Influenced by the celts.
