If you compare this with my results from last year (in my signature, fourth post of that thread) my results change very little from last year with this last update.

I would have preferred that my Amerindian has stayed at 7% :( (neither more nor less).

Well, each update improves the results, especially because AncestryDNA got (And currently has) a lot of Indigenous American samples each time...so this percentage would be your real one in this update.

We'd have to wait until the next if it changes again (Probably in 2024).

AncestryDNA it's not really that accurate, I'm barely noticing this because I'm not really into genetics but If I knew I would've purchased 23andme Instead, but everytime I log on Into reddit I see all that time Puerto Ricans complaints that it's really inaccurate for them compare to 23andme some even get up to 30%+ which we know Is unrealistic.


Anyway I'm considering buying 23andme soon.

No, it's not. both gedmatch and g25 corresponds to each other lowest 57% and highest 59%60%. Besides when I see myself In the mirror I see a 60% European/Caucasian face not 53% but what ever makes you happy:rolleyes:

Ancestry is one of the most accurate comercial test out there, that's why it's so big. Whatever u get on ancestry you will get with 23andme, because that's what u are.
