I think only Hungarians may look like this in Central and Southern Europe. Also some Russians with FU influence may look like this or FU minorities (except for the male and female on the very right in bottom row).

A mix of Slavo-Uralic with Balkan individuals here and there. These only pass as Hungarians and maybe Estonians
