The Turkish guy looks completely northern European (he should get a DNA test, he's definitely not native there as Turks mixed a lot after the Ottomans stole and enslaved people from Europe and northern caucasus)! He looks typical Black Sea resident. Typical Kavkaz look also. Nothing too special about him. Just a North Pontid a bit Armenizied.

Having been to the Turkish side of the black sea myself, I gotta say that his look was rare and definitely special for that region (unless if you're talking about the ukraine side)! Kavkaz where? In the north, yeah typical. But not the southern caucasus for sure where dark hair and dark eyes (though with light skin) was common.

I think you are focusing mostly on pigmentation, the top guy legit looks like a iranid with ginger hair, the guy I posted looks Icelandic solely based on his facial features
