Daglis are part of Balkan Turk population along with Gacals and Muhacirs.

There are two type of Daglis. Majority of them are Alewites except Daglis from Kardzhali. We are briefly Kirdzhalis.

Ottoman Empire missed all technological developments in 17th century. All other important things also corrupted such as laws. So, the Empire was already dead very long time ago.

Modern Turkey is a nation state. Almost all neighbor countries in the same time had their nation states.

Ataturk is our national hero.

Aaannd that's the problem. Don't trust chicken from outside. You really don't know how it's cooked, or if it's even adequately cooked. Here in Greece, where food hygiene is I suppose much stricter than in Turkey, many people get slight food poisoning many times when they eat chicken from restaurants. Prefer something else other than chicken, doesn't even matter if it's expensive or dirt cheap.

I don't think that is possible. Especially, Turks from Eastern and Central Anatolia are very conservative.
