Girls are pretty but somewhat exotic looking. Very different than Irish girls I know. I don't know if the hairstyle of the boys are the most suited for them. :p Either way you genuinely have a knack for posting atypical Irish.

Lol thanks for the comment, i think it's because many are from the North, there are darker pockets in the north of Ireland for some reason, perhaps the rougher terrain? Also i do see about 3 darker ones in your photo above so again variable.

I'm not sure why that would be the case. For example my paternal side is from Sligo and North Roscommon so not that far from the border areas. There is darker Irish for sure but you appear to pick a certain type for Catholics. That's just my impression from what you post. For example my father's family had some darker Irish members similar to Kevin Dillon but also some fair types and also a lot of redheads on that side of the family. If you were to post teams from Tyrone or a group of people they won't be uniformly dark like what you post. Here is a Tyrone GAA team.

Anyway you can post what you want of course but I prefer to post group pictures so that people can see there is a variety in populations. People from Tyrone most probably do have differences from people from Tipperary for instance but still no Irish population is just uniformly one hair colour type or looks a certain way.

Some of the lads in your sports pic from Tyrone look quite similar to the lads i posted above, of course there are a lot of light types as well, that is what is interesting about Ireland, a lot can look quite Scandinavian too, unlike the majority of France where you have the darker types but very rare you see light blonde or red hair.

Only the north really, you don't get that many really pale or red headed types there, while the darkest types in Ireland would essentially be identical to the darkest types in France you have far more very light people in Ireland.
