Well that's certainly a first. No one has ever classified me as mostly Nordic, as our fellow German anthropologists would say Ostbaltisch is what I would ascribe to myself, with minor Oestilche tendencies (Alpine). Nazi anthropology is quite interesting.

He does not look Finn exactly (just as some called him Tavastian earlier). In Finland I would keep him most likely as a foreigner. Harkonnen, Lemmi etc. are very Finnish looking. He does not look ethnic Estonian either. How about Russian - Latvian mix? Russian-Lithuanian mix? Russian-Pole mix? Russian-Czec mix? I mean if he is not pure slavic Russian.

In the context of either the Fischer-Saller or Fischer scale you probably would be considered dark blond or at the very least a light chestnut.

Shades #9-26 were typically considered light enough to be blondish and you are in the dimmest lighting #7-8:

The scales were all created by German anthropologists so categories might be biased toward Central Europe. In Norway for example roughly 50% of young men are #9-26 based on Halfdan Bryn's survey of 11,771 recruit age males. Central Europeans might consider half or even more of Norwegians that age distinctly blond but they might reserve the term for only pronounced blondism and call much of it rat-coloured or so forth.
