Thank you for comments .Id classify him pred East Nordid/CM .He had (btw i personally knew him and he passed away last year) a specific nose .Depressed at the root and slightly upturned at the top which is not that visible in the photo .To me he resembles Russian/Ukrainian Cossacks .
