It's not. Full Macedonian Slavs are very Balkan genetically with low Slavic input and much less northern/eastern European than your results. They are not close to central Europeans at all genetically.

They do, and lot more than him, Bosnian muslims often approach SW Ukrainians genetically. But he is def. not just Bosniak, Bosniaks don't score Siberia or Central Asia at all.

Maybe part Tatar admixed with east Slavs or something similar.

That's most likely Turkic ancestry.
