Interesting. In what sense?

Maybe that's because of the light or image quality, I don't know, but I would say that in general Romanians who live in Spain tend to have a little more of the Phenotypes that pass in East/central euro 40%aprox In the image they will be 20-25% Or that's what it seems

It can be. This group is from the South, but the average Romanian group may be a little more East/Central shifted.

What percentage from this group passes as Spaniards?

They look distinctly Romanian and not much else. A pleasant looking group. Pretty limited overlap with Croatia for example, not because they are dark but because they look lot more eastern and with softer/smoother facial features.

40-50% pass more or less as typical, 40% pass as not very typical, the rest either do not pass, or only pass as very atypical

Question for those who voted the last option: Do you think this group passes easier in Turkey or in Levant?

Can you explain a little what you had in mind?

I think some of those votes were just troll votes

Maybe, maybe not.

However, if nobody among those who voted the last option explains their thinking I'm gonna assume trolling :D

Mostly Pontids, they are quite dark and less Alpine or Dinarid looking than other Romanians I've seen. Maybe it has something to do with their region.

Where would you place this group, other than in Romania?

Depends on the sample. People of Calarasi (Romania):

Slavic traits are relatively common, there is also a Turkic element. Some can even pass as Kazakh... The main element is a round-faced brunet element that dominates everywhere in the country

Alpinids, Dinarids, Pontids and some Baltids.

They fit best in the East Balkans.

I wouldn't be able to place them within Romania. the urban population is quite mixed anyway and the differences between regions aren't always obvious in a group photo. if this is Galati, Constanta, Tulcea or Braila I would not be able to tell

I agree with this.
